Standard Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In the eventuality of a delay in delivery, we will keep you updated.

Delivery Address

We ship to addresses as confirmed by Royal Mail address checker.  Kindly ensure that the address you provide is correct.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For all shipment within the United Kingdom, House of Mahogany will ensure that the full shipment cost is paid within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Signature

All our deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Damages

All our products are wrapped and packaged with extra care, to prevent against breakage during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately AT info@houseofmahogany.co.uk, letting us know of the damage and attach pictures of the damage so we can file the damage with the courier company.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us in filing a claim for the damages.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not have standard shipping outside the United Kingdom.  Please email us at info@houseofmahogany.co.uk to get a shipping quote for delivery outside the United Kingdom.
